Classes description

Nordic walking – it is the most natural physical activity, walking, with additional exercise for the shoulders thanks to specially designed poles. These are a combination of trekking poles and ski running poles. Special grips enable weight to be shiftied from the knee joints and spinal cord.

Water spinning – exercises on special bicycles immersed in water. These are endurance exercises,and are the perfect way to burn off your fat tissue. The exercises are accompanied by energetic music, its great plus is that despite the hard work of your muscles you do not feel too tired. Aqua spinning is especially recomended for people who want to improve their physical condition, the obese, elderly, those after operations and children.

Gymstick – this is a fitness device which was designed to simplify and efficiently combine training of the heart and blood vessels, muscle endurance and flexibility. It is innovative equipment which combines exercises done on a gym bar and stretching rubber …… into one effective type of training. With this tool you can perform hundreds of varied exercises.

Stretching – is a kind of training which result in lengthened and more flexible muscles. It protects you from injuries and improves your balance. Stretching also makes your body agile and elastic, which provides better coordination between different muscle groups.

Flat stomach – training focused on physical condition. Simultaneous strengthening of respiratory and blood circulation system with a focus on shaping your stomach muscles. The exercises start with a warm up consisting of simple dance steps and short stretching.
